The story of Sleepy Lotus began with Chef Araya, whose passion for Thai cuisine was as deep as her roots in the lush countryside of Thailand. She brought the essence of her homeland to the city, crafting a menu that was a love letter to the flavors she grew up with.

The restaurant’s specialty, “Pad Thai Symphony”, was a dish that danced on the taste buds, combining the tang of tamarind with the sweetness of palm sugar, all wok-tossed with the freshest ingredients from the local market.
